Q: Do you charge for consultations?
A: I do not charge for brief, initial consultations. If a question is complex and further research is necessary, then I do let you know the cost before moving forward.
Q: Can you take my case if I am outside of New York or the US?
A: Yes. I do take on cases for individuals around the country and the world.
Q: Do you assist with deportation or asylum cases?
A: I do not specialize in deportation or asylum work. However, I can refer you to attorneys who do.
Q: Do you assist with consular processing?
A: I will provide all of the necessary information for you to complete the steps required for consular processing so that you can obtain your visa abroad.
Q: I am a law firm or private company and I want to hire you as a consultant, do you take on this type of work?
A: Yes, if I have the capacity, I would be happy to hear about your project or temporary need for an immigration attorney.
Q: What makes you different from all of the other immigration lawyers in New York?
A: My goal is to support the immigration goals of individuals, families, businesses and non-profits . I want to listen to you and to provide you with the highest quality of service that an attorney should provide at an affordable cost, utilizing a flat fee structure.
